Until late 2022, Steve worked in BlockTower Capital till August 2022, a global digital asset investment firm in New York and Miami, founded by former Goldman Sachs VP and UChicago endowment portfolio manager, backed by a16Z and USV. Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Steve spent 8 years with Goldman Sachs in Tokyo and Singapore in the firmโs asset management division (GSAM) where he served as portfolio manager, trader, and analyst for Asian institutional clients. Born in S. Korea, Steve has spent 13 years in Seoul, 10 in Tokyo, 13 in US, and 4 in Singapore, He leverages the experience to help founders and investors optimize their global strategies.
